Meet Alina
CNHC Registered Bowen practitioner in Bradford, offering calm, personalised clinic sessions and local home visits.
My Story
My interest in Bowen Therapy began while supporting my autistic daughter and looking for a gentle approach that she could comfortably experience. The calm pace, light touch and pauses between movements resonated with our family and inspired me to learn more.
I began my Bowen training in Romania before restarting my studies in the UK and fully qualifying with Bowen Training UK.
That personal journey shaped the way I practise today: with patience, empathy and respect for each personโs individual needs, comfort and boundaries.

A Personal Approach to Care
As both a practitioner and a mother, I understand that every person experiences touch, communication and new environments differently.
Before your first session, I take time to listen to what has brought you to Bowen, discuss relevant health information and explain what to expect. Your session is then adapted around your comfort, preferences and individual needs. My aim is to provide a calm space where you feel listened to, respected and never pressured.
Bowen Therapy is complementary care and does not diagnose or replace medical advice or treatment. Individual experiences and responses can vary.
My Bowen Journey
I am proud to have trained and fully qualified with Bowen Training UK after first beginning my studies in Romania.
I continue to develop my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional learning.

Care from Heart
You-nique Bowen Therapy is built on empathy, patience and genuine care. I believe a professional therapy session should feel safe, respectful and centred around you.
Whether you are new to Bowen Therapy or have experienced it before, I will explain each stage, welcome your questions and work within your comfort at all times.
