Every new client begins with an Initial Consultation & Bowen Session. We will talk through your health history, what you are experiencing and what you would like support with. I will then tailor the Bowen session to you.
Your first appointment may last 60–90 minutes and costs £50. Bowen Therapy is gentle and can be performed through light clothing.

Returning Clients — Book Your Follow-Up
If you have already attended your Initial Consultation & Bowen Session, you can book a Follow-Up Bowen Session. We will review how you have felt since your previous appointment and tailor the session to what you need on the day.
Follow-up appointments last 45–60 minutes and cost £40.

The 3-Session Starter Pack includes your initial appointment plus two follow-up sessions, to be used within five weeks. The 3- Session Starter Pack is available for clinic appointments only and cannot be used for home visits.
