Every new client begins with an Initial Consultation & Bowen Session. We will talk through your health history, what you are experiencing and what you would like support with. I will then tailor the Bowen session to you.
Your first appointment lasts 60–90 minutes and costs £50. Bowen Therapy is gentle and can be performed through light clothing.
